If you never seem to have sufficient time to tackle your big projects, it's the time to rethink on your to-do list.

Let me share some life-changing tips for you.

1. Break down these big assignments into bite-sized tasks or sub-divisions which you can complete within a short period (even if it's a short break between work-to-work).

2. It is always a good practice to keep a list of these small tasks and use it as a guide for making incremental progress.

3. Ticking off even one or two items will bring you closer to the finish line.

We all have been advised to think and plan for long term instead of short terms. That's right! However, short term goals are the ones which we might be more confident to accomplish. right? So, if you succeed in breaking down a long term plan in to short term plans, how stunning it would be?

If you're still struggling to get things done, set aside a few hours to your calendar as a recurring event. For instance, you could reserve an hour each morning for focused work. It's not required to be perfect here. Try your best to be good at them by protecting these blocks of time, and use them for the important tasks you can't get done otherwise.

And most importantly, reserve some good amount of time to be with your family.
